    Business Development (fulltime/ Freelance)

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. New client development and cultivating relationships with new clients, identifying new business opportunities.
    2. Communicating with client management to identify client needs and develop viable business solutions.
    3. Participating in business negotiations and quoting, managing and completing negotiations and conversions with new clients.
    4. Keeping an eye on industry trends, responsible for the company's business expansion strategy, and participating in the formulation of company business objectives.
    5. Managing company CRM resources.
     

    Requirements:

    1. 5 or more years of experience in new business development, marketing, sales, or BD experience in a consulting firm, with a preference for participation in large-scale competitive bidding projects.
    2. Strong strategic thinking and keen business acumen.
    3. Ability to communicate and engage in conversations with clients of different types and personnel at different levels within the client organization.
    4. Excellent communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
    5. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.

    Strategy Consultant

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Independently undertake research and deliver solutions for projects under the guidance of senior consultant.
    2. Independently handle communication with clients and project management under the guidance of senior consultant.
    3. Undertake internal research within the company independently, contribute to the company's knowledge accumulation and development, proactively summarize experience-based methods from projects, create company knowledge, and share insights.
    4. Participate in the company's new business development efforts, capable of writing proposals or recommendations and integrating work plans.
    5. Contribute to building the company's influence, assist in organizing marketing activities, develop company case studies, and research articles.
     

    Requirements:

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Independently generate creative ideas based on client needs.
    2. Responsible for conceptualizing and producing creative content for projects, including creative ideas, strategic output, and creative copywriting.
    3. Participate in the writing of project proposal documents.
    4. Assist the project team in the execution and quality control of core creative materials.
     

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree with 2 years or more of advertising creative copywriting experience.
    2. Strong creative writing skills, capable of creating copy in various styles.
    3. Possesses strategic thinking skills, capable of grasping front-end strategic concepts, offering insights and viewpoints.
    4. Proficient in proposal integration and writing.
    5. Self-driven, strong sense of responsibility, and accountable for the final creative output.
    6. Familiarity with digital and social media trends is a plus.
    7. Experience working with fast-moving consumer goods, maternity and baby products, or the healthcare industry is preferred.
    8. Proficiency in both English and Chinese (bilingual) for work and communication is a plus.

    U. S. OFFICE

    Business Development Head(U.S., Freelance/Part-time)

     
    Location: New York or surrounding cities (preferred), remote working
     

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Establish and cultivate relationships with clients and identify client needs.
    2. Communicate with clients’ management, analyze the new growth opportunity for clients, discuss and define issues, propose a feasible business plan for the client.
    3. Participate in business negotiations and quotations to facilitate business transactions.
    4. Follow the market trends, provide strategic business development advice, discuss with CEO and set feasible business goals for the company.
    5. Manager the CRM of company.

     

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in building senior client relationships and developing new business capabilities.
    2. Strong strategic thinking and keen business acumen.
    3. Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence others with finesse, internally and externally, for positive results.
    4. Talents with previous experience in FMCG, Pet, Skin Care, Maternal and infant industry are preferred.
    5. Native English speaker, entrepreneurial spirit, personal integrity.

    ITALY OFFICE

    BD & MKT Intern/Freelance

     
    Location: Milano (preferred), remote workin

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    Assist partners and participate in business development in Europe, including new client visits, new business development, client communication, proposal development, etc.

    Assist partners and PR colleagues to participate in corporate marketing and PR work, including social media content development and daily operation and maintenance of social media accounts.

    Conducting market research, data collection, including but not limited to industry research, client research, brand audit and etc. based on project needs. Participate in project discussions, generating meeting minutes, etc.

    Organize and schedule meetings with the Shanghai office to support the Italian Partner.

    Other related works as required based on project needs.

      

    Requirements:

    Fluent in Italian, and business proficient in English (verbal and written). Mandarin is a plus.

    The students who are in their final year, or in postgraduate, or have graduated with no more than 2 years.

    Passionate about consulting and business development.

    Smart, responsible, quick learning, and highly motivated.

    Good communication and networking skills.

    Holding an Italian driver's license is an advantage.

    Internship time: full-time internship, 5 days/week, available for 6 months.
