Yinlu is the leader of domestic food and beverage enterprises. In 2011, Yinlu joint hands with Nestle. To revitalise this classic brand, Ylab assisted Yinlu in a series of strategic optimizations and upgrades. This includes creating a new IP for Yinlu peanut milk, which has led to cross-border collaboration with the animation IP "Little Red Bean."
Ylab created a new consumption scenario for Yinlu milk, launching the latest ad in collaboration with Feiyu Chen, a Gen Z celebrity.
The shortlisted project is a brand-new sub-brand "十趣草堂" under Yinlu. This new brand targets a new generation of young Chinese consumers, and is of strategic importance to Yinlu Group.
From scratch, Ylab helped 十趣草堂entered the highly competitive and ageing herbal tea market through a lifestyle brand strategy. This not only provided our client an innovative thinking of brand building, but also realized the creative step by step, making the building of a lifestyle brand no longer an empty word.
With its launch in 2019, 十趣草堂has become the best-selling brand in vending machine channels, with the highest average daily sales.
